Care Crossings is a program of ADAP Consulting, established in 2019 by Cathy Harvieux, located in Stillwater, Minnesota. Cathy has been providing impactful integrative services to individuals since 1982. She was a past board member and Vice President of the Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health as well as, a past MN DHS assessor and program license trainer. Cathy designed over 15 treatment programs in Minnesota, creating significant direct impact on the Substance Abuse Services delivered throughout the state. Her impressive 40-year experience is incomparable to that of any other MN Substance Abuse Professional; she has held positions in every aspect of Substance Abuse Service delivery. Cathy currently holds a LADC in Minnesota, providing expert level of counseling and support to those experiencing substance use disorders. After 40 years of working in the industry, Cathy designed and established
Care Crossings in order to provide a program to clients, that actually works. Cathy believes that a different approach is needed in order to make a difference and empower change in Substance Abuse Service outcomes. Having designed and implemented outcome tools, such as client-centered/client-engaged treatment plans, giving clients the opportunity to provide their input, as well as encouraging loved ones to be a part of the process. Cathy is able to deliver identified change indicators and transition them into clinically meaningful change. Which has proven to be one of her many "out of the box" ways that helps support the success of

provides Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and Treatment Services in an Outpatient setting to males and females 18 years and older who are experiencing problems with substance abuse and dependency. staff are experienced in understanding and delivering services to many cultural and gender identifying individuals, as well as those with mental health concerns.
Care Crossings service hours are day and evening, offered both Onsite and Telehealth. Allowing flexible treatment attendance, based upon the individual clients' needs and work schedule.

The treatment’s focus is Substance Abuse with a primary focus on the client, building/repairing their family and/or recovery support.
Care Crossings treatment has a secondary focus on employment- "We are a Treatment to Work" program, ensuring that our clients become employed within the community. Along with having a Men's and Woman's Sober House which may allow individuals the extra support often needed in early recovery. Cathy’s 40 years of experience has given her the insight and motivation to implement "Treatment to Work" Care for those who participate with
